Deviation Actions
1. YOU MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF DA WITH AT LEAST THREE DEVIATIONS TO USE MY STOCK IMAGES, FREEBIES OR PURCHASE PRINTS.
2. First if I use stock from stock artist on DA I will always follow rules. However if I find the same pic submitted by the original photographer on sites such as Pexel or other free no attribution sites it will be uncredited.
3. My art is NOT free. Exceptions are photographers or models of DA whose images I use under the TOS. NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE UNLESS AGREED TO I MUST BE CREDITED AS ARTIST.
4. My work is all photomanipulation and some images are my own taken by me. You have to have my permission to use them unless they are offered as free stock. NOT TO BE USED COMMERCIALLY OUTSIDE OF DA. YOU CAN USE FOR DA PRINT If you use freebies or free stock you must credit me and send me a link to your work in a comment where the original work appears.
5. This TOS is only allowed for valid accounts on DA. Void if used for any explicit illegal pornographic or extreme violence or depictions, murder, decapitation, beheading,suicide or mutilations of humans, mythical creatures of humanoid, anthro or combined or animals suggestion or insinuations of such.
